Rachel Zoe Offers An In-Office Nursery

Stylist Rachel Zoe changes the working mom game in a big way

Considering the majority of mums go back to work after having their kids, it makes sense for their employers to respect that sometimes, your kid's going to come with you.

Fortunately, employers like Rachel Zoe have taken it a step even further by building an in-office nursery for her employees with children.

"I wanted to create an environment where these new mothers wouldn't have to make a choice between career and motherhood," she said on her website. "I've been fortunate enough to be able to grow my company from just a few people to more than 40 while havng my kids -- and my husband -- by my side, and so I knew I had to do everything in my power to give my staff that same luxury."

YAS, RACHEL ZOE.

The mother of two is actually known for bringing her kids to work and letting them hang out while she goes about her day-to-day business. So her choice to step up makes total sense.

"The working mothers at our company can improve and grow our business without having to sacrifice spending precious time with their babies at such a crucial stage in their mother-child relationships," she explained. "Seeing how motivated and commited the mothers on my team were after returning from maternity leave and being able to set up their babies in the nursery has only solidified my belief that every company should consider this option."

You hear that, other companies? Get into it!
