From Toys’R’Us in Sweden creating a gender-neutral Christmas catalog to Marks and Spencer using gender-neutral packaging on all their toys to McKenna Pope, the male 8th grader who wanted an Easy Bake Oven geared towards boys, there have been a lot of recent changes to the way toys are being marketed towards children. And while all toys should be seen as gender neutral, (who says a girl can’t play with G.I Joe while her brother brush Barbie’s hair?) here is a roundup of our favorite toys that have always been enjoyed by both boys and girls.
